Shipping

We ship from Greece.

Greece: free on orders over €50. Delivery in 2–3 business days.
European Union: delivery in 5–7 business days.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Because our products are intimate-care items, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging — this protects every customer, including you.

Return window: 14 days from delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number via our contact page.

Once we receive and check the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.

Damaged or wrong orders

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
