Sealed and unopened? Full refund within 14 days of delivery — just email info@musescollective.com with your order number to start.

Opened or used? For hygiene and safety reasons we can't take these back — the same protection that guarantees every product you receive from us is factory-sealed and untouched.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Full refund or free replacement, your choice — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Refund timing: processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Sale items: refundable under the same conditions as full-price items.

This policy doesn't limit your statutory rights under Greek and EU consumer law.
